• • О истраживању / About research CRINIS istraživanje, osmišljeno od strane Transparency International, kao jedno od sredstava za procenu prisustva korupcije u finansiranju političkih partija, uključujući kako pravne aspekte tako i praksu postupanja/ CRINIS is one of Transparency International’s tools for assessing corruption in political party financing, encompassing both legal aspects and practice of implementation Istraživanje su sproveli ogranci Transparency International u Hrvatskoj, Makedoniji, Srbiji i na Kosovu. Istraživanje se odnosi na izborne kampanje tokom 2011 i 2012, a u Albaniji na finansiranje van kampanje tokom 2012. The research for this report was conducted by Transparency International chapters in Croatia, Kosovo, Macedonia (FYR) and Serbia to assess election campaign funding in 2011 -12, and by the chapter in Albania to assess non-electoral finances in 2012. Informacije su ocenjene po 75 indikatora koji se odnose na propise i njihovu primenu po ocenama od 0 do 10/The information collected brings together more than 75 evaluation indicators (for both law and practice). The scale for each indicator ranges from 0 to 10, where 10 indicates that a country has met all criteria expected in terms of transparency and accountability and 0 indicates that none of these criteria has been met. Ovi podaci su prikupljeni u okviru projekta Monitoring finansiranja izborne kampanje koji se sprovodi uz podršku Medjunarodne fondacije za izborne sisteme, kao i regionalnog istraživanja Transparency International CRINIS. U Makedoniji i Hrvatskoj postoji obaveza da se informacije o finansiranju daju i tokom kampanje. U Makedoniji partije podnose tri izveštaja – 11. dana kampanje, u drugoj polovini kampanje i 30 dana nakon izbora Reporting of campaign financing during (as opposed to after) the election period in Macedonia (FYR) and Croatia, which allows citizens to cast informed votes. In Macedonia (FYR), for example, political parties have an obligation to submit three financial reports: the first on the 11 th day of an election campaign, the second half-way through the campaign period and the third 30 days after the end of the election campaign
