Coworking/Flex Space Market The foundation of most coworking projects is the concept of creating a shared infrastructure with an engaged community. The advantages of this business model over the standard commercial office rental practices of large building owners, with long rental periods, unfurnished offices, long and expensive build out periods are quite apparent. Most companies today want something very different, especially true for growing companies, who are increasingly rejecting the traditional office set up in favor of coworking environments.
