Evaluation During the final exam you have to evaluate various aspects of your final cake. SQA except you to use a certain sequence. Judgement -- Fact -- Consequence. The final exam - Assignment – 30 marks 10 marks out of 30 are for evaluation. It is very important to become familiar with the process.

Example SHAPE • I like the shape of my biscuits as they have a nice rounded top with three lines. - JUDGEMENT • I achieved this by forming the mixture evenly into balls and using an even pressure with a fork on top of each biscuit. – FACT • As a result of this the shape of each biscuit turned out as round and domed with fork lines giving a nice appearance to the biscuit.
