Work with 1 -3 partners outside of the library. Cleary define success for YOUR team. Timeline Messaging Campus Engagement Draft your plan and timeline. Make messages personal, relevant, and succinct. 3 Reach out to your CEM for assistance and support.
Campus Engagement: Key Questions for a Successful Rollout • Formalizing Your Launch Team & Partnerships: • Who will be responsible for project planning? • Who will manage your outreach and marketing strategies? • Who will manage workflows? • Who will manage user training materials, activities, and sessions? • Defining Success: • Regarding Leganto adoption, where would you like your institution to be one year from now? • What needs to take place during the initial rollout phase in order to achieve this definition of success? • Are goals SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time-bound)? 4
