Health Procedures: ● ● ● Bus Seating Charts - we must have Travel Releases by the Wednesday prior to the game to make these! Transportation by Parent- this is how ALL cheerleaders will leave the game but is now an option for arrival as well. Travel release is needed for both. Water Bottles - each cheerleader must have them as we will not have a common water source. Masks & Gaitors - Both have been provided to your cheerleader. It is part of their uniform and expected to be worn unless otherwise directed. Locker Rooms - Changing happens in quadrants and there is no hanging out in the locker room. Limited Stadium Capacity: Players, cheerleaders and student trainers will be able to purchase up to two season passes for their parent(s) to gain admissions to games. Season passes will be sold Monday, Sept. 21 through Friday, Sept. 25. Campus Coaches will share time and location of where to purchase season passes. Cost for a season pass for football is $21. Cost for a season pass for volleyball is $24. Cash or check only, made payable to Humble ISD Athletics. This is a one-time sale and will not be available after Sept. 25. Remaining tickets will be available at the gate for purchase before a game and are first come, first served. Tickets at the gate cost: Adults, $3; Students, $2; Seniors & Children 5 & Under, $1 When capacity is reached, ticket sales will cease No other passes will be accepted. Tickets are used to track capacity.
Medical & emergency Concerns: ● If your Cheerleader uses an inhaler, they must have it on them or have it in the nurse’s office for Coaches to check out. If it is kept in the Athletic Office, it is the student’s responsibility to get it before that office closes at the end of the day and give it their Cheer Coach. ● All Epi. Pens must be with the nurse for Coach check out! ● It is essential that your HAC have proper Emergency contacts listed. This is what we will be using. ● All Coaches have a designated Game Day Emergency Plan with designated roles as well as Thorguard Lightning Warning System. We will always use Remind 101 to communicate with you in an emergency but please know that our first attention will be to our cheerleaders, not our phones. We will update once we are in a safe location with all athletes accounted for.
