本刊特稿 Special Manuscript 交通运输业和部分现代服务业营改增试点扩大到全国 Business Tax to VAT Transformation Pilot for the Transportation Industry and Some Certain Modern Service Industries Expands to the Whole State 近日，财政部、国家税务总局召开扩大营业税改征增值税试点 作视频会 议，要求财税部门要切实落实国务院常务会议精神，做好 2013年扩大营改增试 点 作。根据国务院有关决定，自今年 8月1日起将交通运输业和部分现代服务 业营改增试点扩大到全国，并择时扩大铁路运输和邮电通信行业试点。 Recently, the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation held video-conference for expanding VAT pilot, and demanded that the tax and finance authorities to effectively implement the State Council executive meeting spirit to expand the VAT pilot. According to the relevant decision of State Council, Business Tax(BT) to VAT transformation pilot for the transportation industry and some certain industries will expand to the whole country effective from 1 August 1 2013, and further expansion of the pilot for railway transportation and posts and telecommunications industries will launch at chosen time. 锦 程 律 师 事 务 所 KING’S WISDOM L A W O F F I C E
