Morning Arrival Procedures • Car Riders • May be dropped off in the front of the school no earlier than 7: 45 am • Bus Riders • Arrive at Estates Elementary beginning at 7: 45 am • Before School Care - Sports Club • Open from 6: 30 am till 7: 45 am 5

Afternoon Dismissal Procedures • Car Riders • Procedures • Bus Riders • Students walk in a bus parade with teachers and load onto their assigned bus. • School Age Child Care • Information/Enrollment Packet • Meets in the cafeteria and offer care till 6: 30 pm • Morning care from 6: 30 am till 7: 45 am 6

Student Drop-Off/Pick-Up Procedures • Who may pick up a child from school? • Whomever the parents list on students records. • If a student must leave early for an appointment or emergency, what are the procedures for this at your school? • ALL students are dismissed from the front office prior to 2: 50 pm. • Parents are encouraged to pick up students prior to 2: 15 pm. 7

Lunch Procedures • What is the procedure at your school for parents joining students for lunch? • Check into the front office with a government issued photo ID 9

Recess • When it occurs and for how long • Students go to the cafeteria at their assigned lunch time for 20 minutes then proceed to recess for 20 minutes • No siblings or non-staff members in recess area • This procedure is followed for safety reasons. 10
