KICK BOXING- NATIONAL SPORT OF CHINA Kick Boxing is a sports discipline, in which the fight consists in digging and punches.
KICK BOXING
Full contact: all foot and boxing techniques are allowed above the belt. The fight is held on the prize ring, as a default lasts 3 x 2 min.
K-1 K-1: kicking and blows with knees, irrespective of the height; the fight is held on the boxing ring, as a default lasts 3 x 3 or 5 x 3 min.
Thai boxing Thai boxing: tempered version traditional muay thai; kicking and blows with knees, regardless of the height, as well as throws, notches and the fight in the clinch; the fight is held on the boxing ring.
Semi contact Semi contact: format set mainly to the speed of competitors; the fight is stopped and scored after every clean direct hit of the opponent; limited force of blows; exceptionally on the boxing ring, as a default lasts 3 x 2 min.
Light contact Light contact: form of the continuous fight in which competitors must demonstrate the ability of the technical fight; limited force of blows; the fight is held on the boxing ring, as a default lasts 3 x 2 min.
