Antenna Test 1 – Rotator operating time 1. In manual Max operation time is 5 min 2. What does it mean exactly? v Just operate 5 min v When rotator has Max torque -> 5 min 3. Test Method v Tracking continuously 3 Amateur satellite v Rotator had about 1 min interval v Total rotator operation time : 30 min 4. Test Result § It works very well. Nothing happened. § But KHU has a spare rotator. TRIO-CINEMA 18 KHU, 2010/10/04
Antenna Test 2 – Direction Rotator moves North 0°, increments to 30°I n a clockwise direction § Check the direction when it comes Counterclockwise from the recirculated back § Hang the thread at the end of the Antenna for checking antenna’s exactly direction § TRIO-CINEMA 19 KHU, 2010/10/04

Result v Both transceiver work well 4. Future plan v Connect Helium 100 with handy transceiver for far-field test TRIO-CINEMA 21 KHU, 2010/10/04
Communication Test 1. Test Chain v Helium 100 – Computer – TNC – Transceiver 2. Result (Berkeley) v TNC built in Transceiver v Using GSEOS or the other terminal program – receive data 3. Result (KHU) v TNC transmit data v Transceiver(TS-2000) transmit and receive well v Connect TNC and transceiver : can’t receive data v Problem : connect cable or setting problem with transceiver -> check problem when I come back to KOREA TRIO-CINEMA 22 KHU, 2010/10/04
