Things to do. Read about the Eightfold Path. 1. In the template you will be give note down each of the part of the Eightfold Path with an appropriate illustration of each one. 2. The Eightfold Path is a guide to end suffering. It is said that people learn from suffering. What do you think suffering teaches people? 3. Explain how the story of the fish and the turtle attempts to explain nibbana.

Group Presentations. In groups of 3 prepare presentations on one aspect of the Path (Wisdom, Morality and Mental Discpline). Eightfold Your presentations must include the following; v An explanation of each part of the Wheel in your section. v An explanation of how each part links to your aspect of the Eightfold Path v Examples of how Buddhists could follow the path in practice v An explanation of how following each part in your section of the path can lead to happiness for the believer and others. v An explanation of how your section of the path links to the other two sections of the Path v An explanation of links between your section of the Path and the other Buddhist teachings we have already studied.
