Star, a tool created by the High Plains Regional Technology in Education Consortium (or HPR*TEC), one of ten regional programs funded by the U. S. Department of Education. Track. Star, which is free to any teacher regardless of his or her physical location, can help students stay "on track" as they research the Web.
