Online virtual campus: KEATS similar to blackboard Narrated Powerpoints to replace face to face lectures Assignments all maintained submission online using Keats, no changes: BDS 5 reflective assignment/BDS 3 Professionalism poster on Code of Conduct >>>>marking and feedback communicated to students via Keats Workshops BDS 1: • Posted all relevant resources before hand for students to review • Use of asynchronous forum, posting of questions, moderating of student participation by teachers • Use of poll everywhere to focus discussion on specific areas highlighted by the forum

PDP for Year 5 sign out requirement: • Teams meeting to deliver presentation of the PDP structure/submission on Keats Reflective Practice Review: • Preparing students for return to campus • Presentations on Teams • Face to face 30 mmin sessions to review with clinical mentors • Submission on Keats for recording Maintained progress meetings via Teams Assessments: all maintained either online MCQs/Essays/Posters in PDF with reflection component

Pros/Cons Online format required engagement/participation of all clinical teachers to help deliver: teams seminars, moderate the asynchronous fora, marking assignments, do face to face meetings supporting the reflective practice review Very positive feedback form students and teachers. Better student participation Online format required more support form PS/ITEL, unfortunately PS/ITEL already engaged with previous missions Need to set up rotas for teams meetings and move back to a discipline led structures on a year by year management Had to ask clinical teachers for support in managing the set up of relevant online sessions. Very time consuming Need more PS/ITEL support
