The distance learning program should cover all main legal aspects of foreign economic activities and defence of international investments on complex base. Student will select 8 from 16 courses: • Contract law • Labor migration • Investment law • International arbitration • International private law • Intellectual property law • Taxation • Criminal law • Custom law • Insurance law • International clearing 2. Each course will be designed in a fully online format by two specialists from Russia and other foreign country 3. Each course will be based on comparative study in the framework of cooperation of Russian and foreign specialists. 23
