BPR/Fit Analysis The Court has asked for a Fit Analysis specifically to identify potential development needs While there are opportunities to use Odyssey “as is”, there are potential automation components that exist in the legacy systems that will need to be replicated in Odyssey. 31 The Fit activity will need to be further defined and agreed upon, but it is generally agreed that the intent is to find development opportunities that are needed for Go-Live. The scope of this entire effort, that is the overall implementation, assumes a fixed time duration. The development activities will need to fall within that time window or additional consideration will be needed for future budget. © Tyler Technologies 2016 Tyler and the Court can discuss strategies for keeping the timeline intact while still consuming any needed development.
