LOCATON : F-14, MIDC WALUJ, AURANGABAD Activities: Roll Bond Evaporator It is a part of two aluminium plates which are bonded on a mechanical mill at a high temperature. It is in the form of a plate, on which flow lines called internal tubes are marked. These tubes are then inflated by flushing air at a pressure of 900 -1000 PSI. It is protected with a powder coating layer measuring 50 -60 microns. Roll Bond Evaporator Scope & Usage It is mainly used in direct cool refrigerators or deep freezers, chocolate coolers, visi coolers etc. where the temperature required in freezer is ranging from -16 to 8 °C. Features 1. ‘Leak Test’ with high pressure Nitrogen- Ensures defect free product. 2. Nitrogen purging- Ensures leak free evaporator. 3. Powder Coating of Surface- Ensures better life of evaporator Evaporator assembly

BIMETAL PRODUCTS Our company is engaged in the manufacturing of Bi-Metal products like Strips, Ferrules and Washers which are designed to reduce joint resistance and prevent galvanic corrosion. This ensures the durability for terminations & improving the reliability of power systems. These products are available in different thickness and sizes. The Copper to Aluminium ratio is in proportions of Cu-Al ranging 15 -20 -30% to 85 -8070%. These products are subjected to various tests such as bend, cup, chisel, electrical specific resistance, etc. to ensure that the most desirable properties of different metals and alloys are combined to solve the design problems. These can be customized as per the client requirements at the most competitive prices.

These are required for refrigerants to function desirably and remove moisture that may freeze and block the expansion valve or combine chemically with the refrigerants to form acids. We employ quality desiccant in our filter dryers that have high affinity to moisture and absorbs even the most corrosive acids.
