Our fantastic LEGO competition is back again at this year’s Fete! The “Boxed Set” competition is where you bring along your best creation following the instructions. The “Master Builder” competition is where you bring your own creation from your own imagination, it can be anything, any size, any idea! Vote for the best creations, cash prizes for the winners!

Moorooka Fete’s absolutely amazing LEGO Competition HOW TO ENTER Step 1: Get your parent’s or guardian’s permission to enter Step 2: Grab your Lego and start creating or finish that masterpiece of yours Step 3: Complete the nomination form below, along with your name, class and a brief description of your creation to moorookafete. lego@gmail. com Step 4: Wait for our confirmation that your creation has been selected Step 5: Bring your creation to school in a safe container (like a big plastic box, with your name, class and contact phone number on the box) on Friday 19 July before the Fete so we can set it up for you. Step 6: Tell your friends about your creation and get them to buy a token and vote for it! Moorooka Fete’s absolutely amazing LEGO Competitions The first competition is called “Boxed Set” – this is where you bring your best LEGO set where you have constructed the set exactly as is from the instructions. This is open to all ages, grown ups too! The other competition is called “Master Builder” – this is where you bring your LEGO set that you have created from your own imagination. . . it can be anything, any size, any idea – as long as you’ve come up with the creation yourself. This is open to primary school aged kids only. You can enter both competitions! Prizes For the Boxed Set competition, the prizes are: 1 st Prize $50 2 nd Prize $20 3 rd Prize $10 For the Master Builder competition, prizes are: 1 st Prize 2 nd Prize 3 rd Prize Prep – 2 $50 $20 $10 3– 4 $50 $20 $10 5– 6 $50 $20 $10 How To Win / Terms and Conditions Visit the stall, buy a token to vote for your favourite LEGO creation. Tokens are $1 each (for one vote) or $3 for a GOLDEN token which is worth 5 votes. Put your tokens in the jar to vote for the one you like the best… at the end of the Fete, the creations that get the most votes will be crowned best in show. If an adult LEGO creation gets the most tokens in the Boxed Set, you will get a special badge of honour, because only the kids will get the cash prizes Rules Boxed Set – please nominate using the form below the set piece you want to show. To be fair, it’s first in, best dressed – so we won’t display more than the one of the same set for voting. Master Builder – Use your imagination, and remember that anything and everything is possible. The creation should be by the child entering, with no adult assistance. Let us know the name of your creation, your Class and age using the form below. While the competition is open to all ages, only kids in primary school (open to all schools, not just Moorooka) are eligible to win the cash prizes
