Data files to be imported to Web. SAMS • 4 data files to be downloaded from JUPAS portal – JUPAS Activity Lists Code File – JUPAS Category Code File – DSE Subject Code File – OEA Activity File (with student particulars only) These 4 data files have to be imported to Web. SAMS before the new function can be used

1. OEA Activity Student selects SLP records (Other Learning Experiences, Awards issued by school, Participation outside school) for maintaining OEA activity

1. OEA Activity SLP record for reference Student maintains OEA Activity (select activity from activity list, input activity if not found, add other information) (marks will be added for verified entries)

Verifying OEA activity Teacher can verify and amend students’ OEA activity entry

Students could also optionally upload their SLPs on JUPAS interface. Web. SAMS could support generating students’ SLPs in pdf format.
