SUMMARY Ø The City of Glendale (City) can best utilize Jobing. com Arena (JCA)

SUMMARY Ø The City of Glendale (City) can best utilize Jobing. com Arena (JCA) to meet the City’s revenue and cultural needs by diversifying and expanding the scope JCA’s management to include large and small music, cultural and industry events. Ø PMG would like to manage JCA to promote 25 -30 musical, cultural, industry, and sporting events (Events). Ø Past JCA management agreements earned the City $2. 50 per ticket. Ø PMG is of the opinion that JCA can realize a greater return for the City by capturing 90% of all revenue generated from such Events. PMG desires to enter into an agreement with the City wherein PMG would receive a ten-percent (10%) booking/agency fee and $4. 50 per ticket. Ø Initial capital for the promotion of such events (approximately 7. 5 million dollars), would come from a portion of the 17. 5 million dollar JCA management budget currently earmarked by the City. Ø PMG uniquely qualified to deliver to JCA top A&B artists from all genres, including, opera, country artists, Latino regional, Latin pop, pop stars, rock, R&B, jazz, hip hop, and contemporary family and dance events. Ø PMG’s promotion of events of national prominence will benefit surrounding hotel, restaurant, and business communities. Ø PMG has already received inquiries from major record label artists expressing their desire to appear at JCA.
