The best rule is to say nothing. The regulatory bodies have handled this for us and we should say nothing more than that they need to be obeyed. Suggested remedy: Delete word "safety" in this sentence. Also delete the paragraphs "Flicker can cause. . . [B 38]. ", "It is suggested. . . and upper cut-off frequencies. We prefer thus to list international regulatory documents instead of derived regulations.
