PROJECT SUCCESSES § On time, below budget and functional § Systems consolidation § Business Intelligence – much better decision making system for sales § Automation of e-commerce orders – credit card charged when order ships § Sales tax calculation § EDI Order Management – CSR’s § Inventory data on factory § New processes – purchase req and AP workflow ‒ OCR still in progress § Ability to modify the system @AXUG
