Who is Julius Caesar? Julius Caesar was the emperor of Rome and most importantly the Queen of Bithynia. Julius Caesar was a Roman statesman, general and believe it or not an author! Julius Caesar was a massive factor leading to the fall of the Roman Republic and rose the Roman Empire. Julius Caesar was born in July 100 BC, in rome and was assassinated on the 15 th of March at the age of fifty-five.
