God’s Plan for the Church • God always has a plan. • We know that it has always been important for God’s plan to be followed. • God had and has a plan for the church. • How do we know what the plan or the pattern is? • Would you have done it differently?

God’s Plan of Salvation • Man learned the • consequences of sin in the Garden of Eden. • God taught a lesson about salvation through water in • the flood. • God promised Abraham that through him all nations would be blessed. • God created a nation • where He could teach lessons about Himself and what it meant to obey. Through the law of Moses, God used shadows to teach men about future salvation. God led this new nation into a Promised land to show His people that God would bless them if they would obey. God often punished His people so they would learn the consequences of sin.
