Joining Google Classroom

Make sure your Google Chrome is signed in to your Mater Lakes Colegia email address/username If you are not signed in, you have TWO OPTIONS: 1. Click Sign Out to Sign out and sign back in with the correct username and password. 2. Click +Add to open a new Google Chrome Window and sign in with the correct username and password. MAKE SURE YOU ARE SIGNED IN WITH THIS ACCOUNT EVERY DAY OF SCHOOL

Type “classroom. google. com” into the Address Bar or Google Omnibox

Click the “+” button at the top right hand corner of the screen. Click “Join Class ”

Double-check that you are signed in to the correct username/email! Enter the CORRECT class code provided by the teacher! Triple-check the code and make sure it is the CORRECT CLASS PERIOD AND COURSE

Once you have checked that you’re logged in to the correct email address, and you’ve checked the code 5 times, click JOIN in the top right-hand corner. You should be added to the class at that point and ready to learn! If you have any issues, please email your teacher.

Logging in with the Google Classroom App If you are logging in through your phone/tablet/i. Pad, make sure you have the Google Classroom App 1. Open the Google Classroom App 2. Sign in using your Mater Colegia email and password 3. Follow Steps 3, 4, and 5 from before a. Click the + in the corner b. Make sure you enter the correct class code when prompted c.
