COLORS What color is your personality?
Each personality has its own unique traits. These traits can be beneficial if used correctly and understood.
To help us understand personalities of others, we must first understand our own. Personalities come in 4 colors. n Blue n Yellow n Green n Red
BLUE THE ORGANIZER Things we do well……. . 1. Organize/Plan carefully. 2. Solve complicated problems. 3. Collect data/provide information. 4. Give logical explanations. 5. Take things seriously. 6. Rarely make mistakes-accurate. 7. Ask questions. 8. Take care of details.
BLUE Things we need to watch…. . 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. Being too detailed/too serious/ too cautious. Wasting time trying to solve one problem. Resisting new ideas (don’t like change). Liking perfection. Criticizing others easily. Not trusting people. Keeping feelings inside. Making things that seem simple more complicated.

Have there been times in your life when you have experienced another color as your dominate color? Why do you think this occurs? How do you think you can apply this to your professional aspirations? Do you think that this is a tool that you can use with your social interactions as well? When you look at your instructor(s), see if you can determine what their color is and it will improve your interaction and rapport with them.
