Application Findings § HP Latex printing does second to none vehicle graphics, some reasons

Application Findings § HP Latex printing does second to none vehicle graphics, some reasons are: • Latex ink has greater elongation than Eco solvent ink; • When the vinyl is stretched, the color tonality does not change • The application is easier, because, unlike Eco inks, the vinyl stretches uniformly in dark and clear areas • The prints can be laminated as soon as they come out of the printer, no waiting for gassing or drying § Who can reach the lowest CPC? § HP Latex printers dry/cure the ink almost instantly, this allows for support of very economic bond paper (commonly used in offset). Eco inks take time to dry and thus cannot use this media, the alternative for Eco inks would be a more expensive pretreated bond paper § How about the lowest CPC on Polyester? • 8 Same as with bond paper © 2009 HP Confidential template rev. 12. 10. 09
