“What's PPL ? ? ” PPL is is a Reinforced Polyethylene (RPE) liner made exclusively for BTL, Inc. 5 layer construction, consisting of 3 layers of LDPE coatings sandwiching 2 layers of HDPE reinforcing scrim. Incredible tear and puncture resistance Available in 24, 30, & 36 mil thicknesses.
