SEED DRILL The seed drill was invented by Jethro Tull. The seed drill opened a hole, dropped a seed in, and covered it up, three holes at a time. It also planted them at right depth.

HORSE-DRAWN HOE The horse-drawn hoe pulled out weeds and other unwanted shrubs and left them on the surface to die.

Impact Both the Seed Drill and Horse-Drawn Hoe impacted the agriculture industry. Due to these inventions he help lay the foundations of the present day farming system.
