Jeannette Guichard-Bunel é uma pintora francesa nascida em Cherbourg, em 20 de fevereiro de 1957. Foi professora de educação física e esportes, mas abandonou o ensino para se dedicar inteiramente à sua paixão: a pintura. Sua especialidade é a pintura a óleo usando a técnica "Glacis", que produz uma profundidade de pintura através de camadas de transparência inigualáveis. Seu estilo figurativo, pontuado pelo surrealismo, retrata personagens e animais de estimação anacronicamente em um mundo cheio de poesia e humor. Cada pintura é uma nova história que atravessa as barreiras do racionalismo para interferir na terra dos sonhos, nos lugares onde as noções de espaço e tempo parecem supérfluas. Suas pinturas são encontradas em galerias francesas nas cidades de Paris, Versailles, Hardelot, Pont-Aven, Brantome, Grenoble, Avranches e em vários países como Alemanha, Bélgica, Suíça e Hungria. Jeannette é membro da “Maison des Artistes”, da “Société des Auteurs dans les Arts Graphiques et Plastiques” e da “Académie Nationale d’Art Plastique du Félin”.

Biography: Jeannette Guichard-Bunel is a French painter born in Cherbourg, February 20, 1957. She taught physical education and sports, but left teaching to devote herself entirely to her passion: painting. Jeannettes’ particular expertise is painting in oil with “Glacis” technique, that produces a depth of painting through unmatched layers of transparency. The artist’s figurative style, punctuated by Surrealism, depicts characters and pets anachronistically in a world full of poetry and humor. Each painting is a new story that crosses the barriers of rationalism to interfere in the land of dreams, in places where the notions of space and time seem superfluous. Jeannette’s paintings are found in galleries in the French cities of Paris, Versailles, Hardelot, Pont-Aven, Brantome, Grenoble, Avranches and abroad, in Germany, Belgium, Switzerland Hungary. Esperanza Jeannette is a member of the "Maison des Artistes", of the "Société des Auteurs et dans les Graphic Arts Plastiques" and of the "Académie Nationale d'Art Plastique du Félin".
