Why We Can Replace the Sintered Porous Carbon Element Successfully We have focused in Schumacher and Human Techno systems for more than 20 years. We know very well for the process and how it work. Same material used for sintered carbon element. There is NO issue for the chemical compatibility. The sintered porous carbon filter is used as carrier. What do the main filtration is the filter aid, Cellulosis. We don’t change the filter aid. We provide the sintered porous element with same filter area, same micron rating, same porosity and same permeability. So the flow rate can be assured. The sintered carbon element have high strength of more than 70 kg/cm 2 and high temperature resistance of more than 1000 °C. There is no problem in the environment of brine filtration system.

Brine Polishing Internals Amongst the 11 Internal items there are 6 Rubber ‘Ebonite’ parts which plays a very vital role in process of Filtration. All Rubber ‘Ebonite’ parts should have Hardness of 80+/-5 ‘D’ & have high tensile strength. The most important aspect is the process & JPI plays a crucial role in exploring experience for rubber molded articles.
