What is Confidence? The feeling of knowing you can rely on someone, something or yourself.

The children in the video talked about having confidence in your self. This is called self-confidence. It refers to the way we see and think about ourselves.

Self-confidence: What is it? It is about believing you can do or achieve something even if others don’t think you can.

The effects of having no selfconfidence You don’t believe in yourself. You fail before you’ve even started. You have a hard time forgiving your mistakes. You believe you can never be as good as you should be.

Confidence can be a tricky balance. Remember, too much confidence and not enough hard work means you will not achieve. Confident.
