I BELIEVE… We are a team! Collaboration only makes us stronger, because we are each other’s best asset. We, as educators, never stop learning. Therefore, we should strive to always get better. We should have high expectations for ourselves, as well as for those who work alongside us. The relationships that we build are what matter most in life.
I BELIEVE… Teaching and learning should always be our primary focus. All decisions should be made based on what will have the best impact on student achievement. We must be open to new ideas. We must be open to others’ viewpoints and suggestions. Everyone should be treated equally and fairly.
I BELIEVE… Our students are what matter most. We should be willing to do whatever it takes to instill a love of learning in our students. We owe it to the students to given them our undivided attention and support, while they are in our presence. ALL children CAN learn. Our students know if we enjoy being with them. We should show our students love, kindness, and compassion. We should smile often, especially at school.
MOST OF ALL, I BELIEVE THAT LEARNING SHOULD BE FUN!!!
