Biography �Born in 1775, in Steventon, Hampshire �A great female novelist of the early 19 th century �Tall and slim � 7 th child and 2 nd daughter of Casandra and George Austen �Jane and her siblings used to play charades in her chilhood � 1802 – she was proposed by a man named Harris Bigg Wither – she rejected it �Had tuberculosis; died when she was 41 years old �Burried in Winchester Cathedral

Pride and Prejudice �A story of life and love of Elizabeth Bennet and Mr Darcy �The Bennets´ 5 daughters : Elizabeth, Jane, Kitty, Mary and Lydia are trying to find husbands �Story is full of wrong opinions about different characters in the story �Elizabeth represents prejudice and Mr Darcy represents pride in this story �At the end Elizabeth said: „We all were wrong. “

It is the oldest kept handwriting by Jane Austen. She did many corrections which gave us valuable view to process of her making.
