Conclusions • ICT standardization activities – broad and complicated – need systematic observations and plans – need collaboration between ITU and other SDOs • Standards with regulatory implication – derived from, and raised by, developing countries – need to take consideration by ITU-T and SDOs • Participation of developing countries in international standardization activities – bring benefits for the countries as well as global standards development – should be continuously supported via ITU-T BSG activities
