Conclusions • The ISTs planning for the PS SWY part is in the critical path and schedule is tight, but preparation is already in a very good level of detail • The ISTs planning for the PS Ring has some margin and could use part of the Hardware Commissioning period if needed (proposed by the OP colleagues) • Some discussions are still needed with BE-RF • Some information is still missing from TE-EPC, but they are working on it • The F 61 commissioning planning is still not detailed enough and discussions are ongoing with the project to see if some agreements done in the past could be reversed to gain some margin • The BTP commissioning on the PS side is still not detailed in the ISTs PS planning • DSO tests included in the ISTs planning • Information on links and dependencies is most of the times unavailable, so there is a high risk of not being able to perform the test within the allocated slot due to the unavailability of such information F.
