The central premise of social capital is that social networks have value” (Better. Together initiative, [s. a. ]). Social capital has benefits that are achieved from the use of social networks, hence it creates value for people who are connected to each other. The use of social networks builds social capital, this way we are building our social and communication skills. Our psychological wellbeing helps us feel connected and respected.
