Introduction • Is there a national shortage of Paediatric Radiologists? • Several unfilled vacancies around the UK • Are posts not being advertised due to perceived lack of applicants? • 2 parallel surveys – Department survey to assess the number of potential jobs – Trainee survey to assess interested future applicants

Method • Google Forms • Department survey – Distributed to BSPR members via email (74 responses) • Trainee survey – Email to BSPR junior forum members (9 responses) – Email to all trainees via RCR (320 responses)
