ATR of the Previous Meeting Agenda 2 5. 6. 7. 9/10/2021 Minutes Recorded Action taken List of SPOCs for IQAC to be renewed The names of SPOCs have been received through all the departments Quality benchmarks for the session 2019 -20 The departments are expected to start working on it submitted by all the departments were and a mid-session review would be asked to submit in approved February. Agenda by ME Deptt. - Establishment of a research committee and promotion of interdisciplinary research Central Research Committee (CRC) has been formed. Prof. R. K. Shukla, Ho. D-ME shall head the CRC. Agenda by IT Deptt. - Seed money for projects The point was discussed and approved through Bo. G. Agenda Points from the Departments IT Dept. : Institute Innovation Council (IIC) is one of the important units, these days. It may help IQAC to improve the quality in terms of various activities prescribed by MHRD. Therefore, we can associate IIC to IQAC or can take some inputs from the council. ME Dept. : In order to improve final year project quality some fund, based on performance and utility of project, should be allocated. MCA Dept. : Computer Society of India (CSI) has been instrumental in guiding the Indian IT industry down the right path since its formative years. It may help IQAC to improve the quality in terms of various activities. To fulfill this objective, the CSI regularly organizes conferences, conventions, lectures, projects, awards. At the same time it also ensures that regular training and skill updating are organized for the IT professionals. Therefore, we can associate CSI to IQAC.
