Notes to Remember • Ready to Feed: 1 Can of Powder = 3 bottles of 32 oz RTF • Concentrate: 1 Can of Powder = 4 cans of 13 oz Concentrate • Issue only RTF or Concentrate to an IPN/IPN+/IFF that is premature, low birth weight, or immunocompromised.

For These Examples • All infants are over 1 month • We know that any infant under 1 month that needs more than 1 can of formula must be categorized as IPN+ • Any infant categorized as IPN will continue to receive only 1 can of formula
