ILIAS at Dennis Gabor Applied University GDF ILIAS Universities and colleges • Productive work: from September 2004 • Registered: 10. 000 students, 220 tutors, 60 mentors, 40 e-learning experts • Activity: regularly 2. 000, continously 350 students. • Characteristics: • Full use: all employees and students, learning objects for all types of trainings. • Active tutoring and mentoring. • Active social life in the forums. • Managing the Hungarian ILIAS users.
About the Hungarian ILIAS community • Aims to exchange experience and circulating best practices. • Offering assistance in problem solving to each other. • Meet at workshops.
ILIAS at Szolnok College Library and Distance Learning Center Universities and colleges • Characteristics: • Services for BA distance education in external economy and tourism-hospitality. • Own e-guide term in ascending system, authors: college teachers, developer team: in the Budapest University of Technology and Economics Distance Centre. • Mentors are contacts between students and tutors.
ILIAS at King Sigismund College Productive work: from March 2006 Registered: 8. 290 users Activity regularly: 200 users Characteristics: • Optional possibility for teachers with another tool (simple downloadable materials). • Do-it-yourself for teachers. • From year to year more and more teachers due to this more and more students use the installation regularly. ILIAS at Institute for Basic and Continuing Education of Health Workers ETI Virtual School Administration and public service • Productive work: from August 2006 • Registered: 1. 460 users • Characteristics: • The only installation in Hungary at health vocational. • Support e-learning, blended-learning trainings and courses of trainings. • Cc. 50 trainings, continuing professional education. • Management area of international tenders and projects. • Accentuated lectures soon available.
ILIAS at Hungarian Customs and Finance Guard School Productive work: from January 2007 Registered: 1. 815 users Activity regularly: 10 teachers/tutors, 50 students Characteristics: • Makes and uses own learning materials and tests to basic and continuing professional education. • Uses learning materials made by EU DG TAXUD in the trainings. • Educational policy is harmonized according to EU DG TAXUD. ILIAS at Directorate of Training, Ministry of Justice and Law Productive work: from April 2007 Registered: 15. 400 users Activity: regularly 600 users Characteristics: • Taught knowledge: document knowledge, Schengen Agreement, rules of imperative arrangements. • Additional materials: videos, animations, glossaries, downloadable laws. • At the moment via Intranet. ILIAS at LSI Information Technology Learning Center Productive work: from December 2005 Registered: 621 users ILIAS Learning Space Regular activity : 90 users @ LSI e-Didactic Knowledge Center Characteristics: • Fostering the even chances of the handicapped. • To offer an education tool to social workers on the field of job market rehabilitation to help the integration of the handicapped. ILIAS at Regional Safeguarding Foundation ILIAS e-learning System of Regional Safeguarding Foundation Non-profit organizations and institutions • Characteristics: • Tailored complex services for the unemployed to raise their chances at labour market. • Frequent groups: Romany, the homeless, cumulatively underprivileged people. • Crisis intervention, mentor preparation, labour hire services, aftercare.
ILIAS at Virág és Juhász Kft. - Budapest Productive work: from Marc 2008 Registered: 150 users Activity regularly: 50 studens Characteristics: • Adult training; training for persons with changed ability to work or with a deficiency living. • Own developed training programs, exclusive trainings. • Traditional e-learning methods for distance learning and multimedia solutions – not only in distance learning (video and sound recording from lessons). ILIAS at Interoktat (Halcomp Kft. ) Interoktat e-learning Business sector • Productive work: from April 2008 • Characteristics: • Provides the only ILIAS-based e-learning ASP service in Hungary. • Free registration for enquirers, own experiencing about ILIAS in the Sandbox. • HP support background. • Unique design.
Hungarian ILIAS users in the future • Several installations are going to give Hungarian services inside the country and abroad. • Main application areas until now: • universities and colleges; • administration and public service; • non-profit organizations and institutions; • business sector.
