PART 1 SEE DAY 1 FOR MORE INFORMATION Make an inventor’s log book that you will use throughout the process of creating your invention. List ideas for a tool or invention. Brainstorm! Talk with family members, teachers or friends to think about what type of invention you could build.

PART 2 SEE DAY 4 SLIDE FOR MORE INFO Create a prototype of your tool/invention and name your invention. Your invention does not need to work, but it should look like your plan in your inventors log book. Draw your prototype in your logbook, then create it with materials around your house. The prototype can be made with materials found in the recycling bin. If the idea changes remember to record it in your logbook.

While recording your commercial remember to use your answers from the questions above to describe your product. We will be posting our Inventions on Flip. Grid this year. It can be downloaded as an app or used through the website. Students are to post their Inventions on the grid for their grade level.
