Insertion point Shows where text will appear when you begin keying. View buttons Allow you to change views quickly. Saving a File Word - Lesson 1 l 11 l Save As – Use Save As when saving a file for the first time, saving a file using a different name, or saving a file to a new location. Choose Save As on the File menu and the Save As dialog box appears. Save – After you have already saved a file, choose Save on the file menu or the Save button on the Standard toolbar.
