পরয় জন মত বয ল নস শ ট নতন শর ণ ব গরপ ত র কর ন য় য ত প র If necessary – you can create new Group of Assets of Liabilities in the Balance Sheet (c) Soumendu Sen Gupta

উদ হরণ : Asset একট গরপ ব শর ণ ফ কসড অয স ট sub-group ব উপ শর ণ এর মধয plant & machinery আস Example: Asset is a Group Fixed Asset is a sub-group Plant & Machinery comes under Fixed Assets Group (c) Soumendu Sen Gupta

আমর ইচছ করল Fixed Asset এর মধয আব র নতন ব ভ জন কর উপ-উপ শর ণ Plant আল দ এব Machinery আল দ শর ণ ব গরপ কর ন ত প র We can create Sub- sub- Group in the main Fixed Assets Group – such as Plant a separate sub-sub group and Machinery another sub-gropu (c) Soumendu Sen Gupta

এই একই ভ ব Share Capital, Reserve & Surplus , Long Term Loan, Current Liability, Investment, Current Asset ইতয দ মল শর ণ ব গরপ র ব ভ জন কর পরয় জন মত উপ শর ণ ব স ব গরপ কর ন ত প র Likewise – we can create sub-groups among main Groups like Share Capital, Reserves & Surplus, Long Term Loan, Current Liabilities, Investments, Currents Assets etc. (c) Soumendu Sen Gupta

পরথম Gateway ত য ও Accounts Info স ল কট কর First go to Gateway of Tally Select – Account Info (c) Soumendu Sen Gupta

Group স ল কট কর Select - Group (c) Soumendu Sen Gupta

Create স ল কট কর Select - Create (c) Soumendu Sen Gupta

এব র Yes স ল কট কর Now select - Yes (c) Soumendu Sen Gupta

গরপ ত র কর র পর ত ম ক Account ত র করত হব After creating Group – you will have to create Accounts (c) Soumendu Sen Gupta

ক ব রড র Esc ব ত ম ট প Gateway ত ফ র য ও Press ESC key and go back to Gateway of Tally (c) Soumendu Sen Gupta

এই ব র পরত ট create account ম ন ত গ য় হ স বখ ত (অয ক উনট ত র কর ) Gateway of Tally – Accounts info – Ledgers – Create Now go to Create Account Menu and prepare all the Accounts Gateway of Tally – Accounts info – Ledgers – Create (c) Soumendu Sen Gupta
