County Unit System – The case of Gray v. Sanders (1963) following Baker v.

County Unit System – The case of Gray v. Sanders (1963) following Baker v. Carr (1962) rendered this unconstitutional for violating the "One Person, One Vote" principle. – Since then, power has shifted back to the Atlanta Core and Suburban Donut. • The share of the metro Atlanta area is rising, which shifts more power to that area.
