What is AGID? • The AGing, Independence, and Disability (AGID) Program Data Portal is an online query system that provides access to ACLrelated program performance results, surveys and other data files • AGID allows users to produce and export their own tables, maps, and other summary information on ACL supportive services and systems of care for older adults, caregivers, and people with disabilities of all ages 3

AGID Overview • What is AGID’s purpose? – Provide easy access to ACL data sources – Allow users to quickly produce and download tables and maps – Provide direct links to Administration on Disabilities (Ao. D) programs, Center for Innovation and Partnership programs, and National Institute on Disability, Independent Living and Rehabilitation Research (NIDILRR) data centers – Provide full access to results from national surveys of recipients of Older Americans Act services and ACL Special Tabulations produced by the Census Bureau – Highlight the latest data products produced with ACL data 4

Census Data • Why are data from the Census Bureau on AGID? – Population Estimates provide an exact "count" of people age 60+ each year at the national, state, county, and Planning and Service Area (PSA) levels – American Community Survey (ACS) • Demographic data available for the 60+ population • Special Tabulation data providing demographic, socioeconomic, and disability data for multiple age groups including the 60+ 7

Assistive Technology Act Programs • The Assistive Technology Act requires states to submit annual progress reports (APR) detailing the delivery of authorized activities • Individual grantee APR data along with national aggregate and specialized data can be found on the CATADA website: https: //catada. info/ 8
