Sponsorship, Advertising and Posters It would be typical to approach at least the Io. P HEPP and NP Groups, along with STFC for sponsorship We could also offer an option of sponsorship only (without attendance) for industrial participation for those who would not wish to join the industrial exhibition (see text from PSD 11 below where the assumption was that this would be part of the package for exhibitors and discussion later in the agenda). Open University Exhibitors Information For the poster, we only now need to fix the IAC names and sponsorship details The role of the IAC is to help with publicity as well as abstract selection and final article reviewing

Sponsorship, Advertising and Posters Another possible feature could be to link the industrial sponsorship

Sponsorship, Advertising and Posters Another possible feature could be to link the industrial sponsorship both with the ability to offer students a discounted rate and the award of a small number (say 10) “scholarship” places to be awarded competitively (based maybe on CV and letter of recommendation) to the most deserving applications from locations not typically able to support ECFA Detector Panel Report to the Update of the students coming to such a conference European Strategy for Particle Physics We could explicitly link this with the ECFA-DP proposal and use them to help advertise these places. 1. 2 Scholarships Although PSD is a conference series it does anyway aim to keep prices low to encourage participation of students (and young post-docs) involved in detector development (we have previously told sponsors that their money helps to reduce the fees asked of students, for example).
