WHAT DID WE DO? Discussed feedback at ES away day in May followed by email - no dissenters Invited all ES’s to be part of ARCP panels At each ARCP 3 members - 1 driving portfolio, 1 check listing and 1 completing ES evaluation Lots of discussion for all parts
