Email should have the following information – Location/p-code/GPS coordinates – Key informant/Shaweesh name & number – Brief description of the case/issue referred – If there’s a suspected outbreak, fire • What • # of cases

When to refer? • IMMEDIATELY! • It could stop something small becoming something big we can’t contain!
