The KT Forum: key facts Is composed by one or two delegates for each Member and Associate Member State; • Its members are nominated by the CERN Council delegates (full list here: https: //kt. cern/kt-forum ); • At the last KT Forum dedicated to Medical Applications (MA), it was decided to hold the “general” KT Forum meeting in March and the one dedicated to MA in September (inviting the additional delegates) • Knowledge Transfer | Accelerating Innovation G. The role of the KT Forum • • A forum to exchange information between CERN and its Member (and Associate Member) States on KT activities The KT Forum: • • Helps KT in reaching potential partners in the Member States; Provides inputs to steer KT activities so that we can maximize their impact and harmonize them with similar activities ongoing in the MS; • Allows KT Forum members to liaise between one another on the implementation and harmonization of their activities; Reports on national KT activities and issues of interest to CERN; Assists the KT Group in optimizing the KT activities within the Member States; Advises on strategies and technologies; Advises on priorities and KT actions at a national level. • • Knowledge Transfer | Accelerating Innovation G.
