Now is the chance for you to choose what type of student you want to be and make that happen for yourself through your actions and behaviors.
Overview of the program: ● Is focused on students in the “academic middle”. At times, Many students in this group - typically the middle 60% of students - haven’t completely acquired the skills needed to succeed in college courses. Bridge to College includes curriculum that specifically teaches college-readiness skills that promote success in the rigorous coursework that will be available to them as they continue through high school. ● Courses offering college credit - Includes Advanced Placement and concurrent enrolled classes through the University of MN, St. Cloud State University and Anoka Ramsey Community College. These courses will fulfill the MNSCU transfer curriculum (possibly 40 credits).
Required Scheduling: ● 9 th Grade (2014 -15): Intermediate Algebra with College Foundations (3 trimesters) ● 10 th Grade (2015 -16): English 10 with College Foundations (3 trimesters) ● 11 th & 12 th Grade: Opportunity to chose college level courses
