Three Part Thesis This is ALWAYS the last sentence of your introduction. Your thesis is the backbone of your essay. Starts off by restating the question This creates a sentence stem that you will complete with your three main ideas. Ends with a list, separated by commas, of what your three body paragraphs are going to be about.
